Warranty

Defective parts/accessories can be exchanged for one year from purchase date. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available for any reason, we reserve the right to substtute and equivalent item.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations Policy:

Orders can be cancelled, if we have not dispatched the item(s) to you. Once they have been dispatched, they are subject to the Returns Policy.

Special order and non-stock items including cycle frames and wheels can not be cancelled once we have accepted payment.

Returns Policy:

You have  7 days to return an item. You must apply by email or telephone for a returns authorisation. You must use a tracked service. You are responsible for return postage. We will not refund any postage.

In order to receive a full refund, you must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:

• All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs

• Accessories such as cords and remote controls

• Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards 

• "Free gifts" or bonus items

• All items included in a bundle

   

  tems returned more than 7 days after receipt will be accepted only at our discretion and we will issue a credit note will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. I

  Non-stock, special order items, including but not limited to cycle frames and wheels may not be returned.

  Any item that has been fitted or attempted to be fitted may not be returned.

  Bottom brackets may not be returned.

  This does not affect your legal rights.
